Millette Granville, CDP is a transformative speaker, HR and DEIB strategist, and founder of SpeakMG Consulting Firm, with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience advancing inclusive leadership, talent development, and culture transformation across global organizations. She previously served as Vice President and CDO at 2U, Inc., where she led global diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion strategies, and as Vice President of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Development at Food Lion, an Ahold Delhaize company. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles with Wells Fargo and Time Warner Cable. Millette is widely recognized for her impact in building inclusive workplaces and developing diverse leadership pipelines. She served on the Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership Board and previously chaired the Urban League of the Central Carolinas. A recipient of numerous honors—including Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Women in Business and Women We Admire’s Top 50 Women Leaders in DC—Millette is also the author of The Exceptional Leader, a guide to personal branding and leadership development.
